Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey pepperoni, sausage crumbles, bell pepper, onion, and olives over the sauce.
  4. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log shape. Pinch the seam and ends to seal everything inside.
  5. Brush the top of your Garbage Bread with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake your Garbage Bread for about 25–30 minutes or until it's golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Slice your Garbage Bread into rounds and serve with extra marinara sauce or any dipping sauce you love.
